Does the idea of quitting something make you cringe?
Do you equate it with failure or doing something wrong? I’m sheepishly raising my hand over here.
I struggle with quitting anything, sometimes even when it doesn’t serve me anymore. This is an interesting feeling, especially when millions of Americans have been quitting during The Great Resignation.
During today’s show, I’m exploring the concept of good quits. It’s a topic that I’m dealing with in real-time, so bear with me if this show is rawer than most!
During this solo episode, I talked about:
– My definition of good quits
– The telltale signs of a pending good quit
– Taking a balanced approach
– Quitting with class
– Giving ourselves permission to quit As long as you are listening to your gut and taking a balanced head and heart approach to your decisions, I believe that good quits can make a huge difference in our health and happiness.
